Barnard Gallery is pleased to present recent works by Alexia Vogel, Tracy Payne, Ndikhumbule Ngqinambi, Robert Slingsby, Lien Botha, Alastair Whitton, Jaco van Schalkwyk and Ryan Hewett at the seventh edition of the FNB Joburg Art Fair taking place at the Sandton Convention Centre from 22-24 August 2014.
As the first international art fair on the continent the FNB Joburg Art Fair plays a pivotal role in supporting the burgeoning contemporary arts landscape in Africa. The Fair provides a space for leading artists, galleries, collectors, writers, thinkers and art lovers to congregate. The 2014 event will see a strong focus on Nigeria; the FNB Art Prize; a dynamic Special Projects schedule; as well as the exhibits of 37 Galleries, Young Galleries and Art Platforms hailing from 8 different countries.
